Hmm. Italian hotel rooms and their lack of kettles suddenly seem more appealing.

    I want a holiday. I want a holiday. I want a holiday.

I want something with chocolate and cherries. I've just eaten the last piece of chocolate in the house (which was left by my parents). No cherries though (it was a mint chunky Kit Kat.

I want to eat cherries, and chocolate on holiday. In a private pool.

I actually cannot remember a time I have thought about chocolate more. I have checked all dh's hides holes ( the man is part squirrel) and he only has chocolate I don't like. Just as well. I shouldn't eat any. I have cherries but I'm not actually hungry. I just want chocolate. I want chocolate though.

You should have one. Of some description at the very least.

More cherry-based treats for the rest of us then viva :)

Did you see/ hear the news reports today about some clinical trials on treatments for melanoma? Early days, but they sound very promising.

    Edit: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-27674658

I was going to say that you are welcome to my cherries, but I think michaels may misconstrue...

News re melanoma fantastic. I've heard stories that this breakthrough was imminent for a while now, it's looking as though this could be great news for advanced melanoma patients.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Does that mean you don't want just chocolate? Wouldn't it be down to Cadburys or Nestl! if you just wanted chocolate? Or do you want something in the chocolate, like Ferrero or KitKat?

Ah. Here is the rub. I like chocolate but I don't love it. If it were a bar of chocolate it would be a bar of low sugar milk chocolate on the higher end of cocoa solids but not dark I would want. Fussy much?

For flavoured bars I'd be less fussy. For other bars I am not that keen generally, but yeah, I'd have one now, and that would be kind of the thing I think.

But its ok, I think talking and thinking about it so much has started to out me off. Like when I read a meal and fill up. Yep, chocolate, chocolate chocolate. Definitely sickly-ish now, despite still wanting. I think this is how kids feel about party food :D. :o ( mind over matter, chocolate, chocolate. Chocolate)

Re Black Forest Gateau - it's always been on my Top 5 favourites, although I rarely have it as you can't eat a whole one. There was a bakery where I used to live that sells gateaux by the slice, on a little polystyrene tray and wrapped in clingfilm, with a little plastic fork.... for about £1.
