Vienna will be great though.
I think that the Common Linnets (Netherlands) will be the act that gets radio airplay in the UK though.
I doubt airplay has much to do with the result. The winning song peaked at number 51 in the Austrian chart! I also don't think the Russian grannies last year owed their high points tally to pre-contest airplay!0 -
Youngest's about me on YouTube, including the specs of his new computer....
Hello and welcome to my channel where you might find content that I put up once a month... This might change when my new computer is built... I hope. Cats go woof and Dogs go meow. Well in my head they do. It's normal. Ok it might not be that normal. Don't judge me....Yet. I am kawaii and I always will be...Nothing will ever change my mind.
Computer Specs:
Processor: i5 4670K
Graphics Card: MSI 560Ti (Might upgrade to the MSI 770)
MotherBoard: MSI G45 Z87, LG155X
RAM: 8GB of Corsair Vengence (Hopefully upgrading to 16GB)
Hard Drive: 1TB Caviar Blue Western Digital (Adding 2TB in future)
Case: CM Storm Scout
PSU: Corsair RM850
CPU Cooler: Corsair H75
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium
SSD: Not Yet (Maybe...124GB or 248GB)
Build Time: 3 Hours and 20 Something Minutes...We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

I could/would go out, to a car boot and a market, if there were a point.... but I don't want to be buying things that might be great for my house in case I don't buy that house or it doesn't look right/fit when I do get in. Saving all my trips out for once I'm moved in, sorted and measured up.
A saw some cute, beach inspired things in Matalan yesterday, PN. Stripey cushions and so forth. Matalan is inexpensive. I bought 8 champagne glasses and a pointless multi-heart shaped snack bowl thing for the giant tub of olives I'd just bought to go in.
Cooked for a friend's 40th. Mussels in cider, steak and chips Gordon Ramsay style and a Pavlova. Was a bit merry and forgot to take the pavlova out soon enough. We ate it by putting it in the middle of the table and peeling it off the paper by hand. Cousin ate his mussels by hiding them in small pieces of bread and topping each one with an olive. I admire his determination to be polite.
My friend sat on his cake for the entire taxi journey home. I have received a photo of it this morning. His wife and I have decided to take the squashed cake out for lunch today (pizza with kids) and relight the candle.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I had heard that the anti russian feeling was very much to do with the russian governments homophobia.
Do the Russians notice? Do they care?
In Russian government eyes, did Conchita Wurst, drag queen win Eurovision or some guy named Tom with a dodgy beard?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Given the high visual level, it would be wrong for air-play to have too much influence.

Nice rig - although obviously that ssd is pretty essential and an i7 would be nice....I think....0 -
No real difference in performance between an i5 and an i7 apparently bearing in mind the cost difference, not for what he wants it for anyway.
He would agree on the SSD and it will come with time as will all the other improvements/upgrades he wants. For him, to have it up and running as is was the most essential thing especially as Josh was getting annoyed at never being able to have the laptop for course work, or getting the laptop but then having to put up with youngest moaning about not having the laptop!
Compared to the laptop, this is like going from a Robin Reliant to a Ferrari.
Edit - It also has to be remembered he has had to do this within a budget and completely at his own cost, so although he would have preferred a slightly higher spec, he had the choice of waiting 18 months/2 years to get all the bits together or 3 years (possibly more). Now he has got it up and running, he can upgrade bits and pieces whilst still having a pretty powerful machine..well when compared to the old laptop anyway! We made it!
