Sounds perfect in an ideal world, however I wouldn't agree to something like this with our current circumstances.

Our next move is probably going to be out of the UK, and that's going to be a case of waiting until were ready, rather than when the buyer wants.

Similar happened to me - I was chasing for weeks, then out of the blue of course the other side decided it was time to get moving when I was out of the country for a couple of days. We exchanged 5 days later (weekend in the way) and completed 7 days after that.

I was very keen to at least exchange, so that it was much less likely that the transaction wouldn't go through...

Miroslav, the np help me a lot. On good days and less great ones. This group of people have supported each other a fair bit. You'll get a kind ear here, and soon feel you know all of us

I'm very down to earth and like to joke around as it's who I am. I may not post every day as I try not to go on PC for long on most days, especially in the summer!

I'm at that stage now.
Seller has made an offer to get done & dusted in the next week (see update over there).
Tentatively hoping that in 2.5 weeks I won't be bothering everyone with silly questions about buying somewhere & will have progressed to silly questions about what to do whilst moving in!

If you're friends/friendly, & discussed it in a reasonable way, I'm fairly sure they'd be happy to discuss it with you.
I guess a lot of that depends on your relationship though.

Miroslav.....just one thing.....I don't know if its convenient for you, but Dorchester might be worth considering? One of my parents had a thyroidectomy under the care of an amazing physician and a fantastic surgeon. If Yeovil is a consideration then I thought I'd throw it out there as an option as well.

Oh - just found Oxford Circus ..... which sounds like Oxford Street, which might be the West End? commutefrom says 12 mins then change and 3 mins. With trains every 8 minutes.

Tfl.gov.uk journey planner reckons 40 mins from that post code to Oxford street. Camberwell is also pretty much the joint worst part of London as well. I wouldn't walk through it in day light.
