LJ, on another forum, I 'met' a lady whose husband is a truck driver. They live 200 miles away from me, but he used to have a regular lay-by, not far from me. So I trotted along to meet him, then met him again by accident in N Yorks one day. Finally got to meet her about 18 months after I met her husband.
I think, if you don't mind me going for one upmanship, meeting a man you've never spoken to in any format, in a layby, is definitely odd.
I do like odd.:D0 -

It's tough as until you're actually in your place with your stuff all out you don't know if it'll fit and where best. I do find cupboards restrictive. e.g. you might open a cupboard and decide it's great for tinned food, then find you can't stack two tins on top of each other in there .... so then it's too small. One good sized cupboard/larder removes all that as you make the space along the ample and unhindered shelves.
I've no Christmas baking tins (never knew anybody had them!). I've little summer picnic stuff - 4 plastic plates ... and I use those for when I'm eating a sandwich or toast.
My ladder is going to be there all the time. Design feature

Felt a bit odd saying to the electrician "we met online". Sounds odd saying such things of a married lady.:o
lol!
I used to call Lynzpower 'my imaginary friend' for a long time. It's not so unusual to make friends online now, is it? Who cares, if we met online, we met online. They're all nice people and they know the power of social media, which I guess this is. Otherwise, you're also friends with a client of ours, so that fits in a more traditional pigeon hole
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

And of course there is always the dogging....
As long as the kit hen ends at the corner rather than carrying round it then the space is accessible. I think k on needs the larder units that have the pull out wire shelves so rather than opening the door you pull it out and can then see and reach everything.I think....0
