Sorry to hear that Masomnia. I guess at least you have an answer to the question you were asking not so long ago.
I'm feeling very sorry for myself today. I think I've just about managed to pull myself together but I've cried at home, in the car on the way to work, and at work.
At least there is cake :bdaycake:
Cake is good. What little things can you do to help yourself later?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

When you get home, look into a mirror & congratulate yourself on an acheivement you've made today (no matter how small). Then do it again, perhaps with a mouthful of cake.
Then treat yourself to the new James song I posted earlier.
Platonic virtual hug;)It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
I didn't know there was a bag. I've always just cleaned my oven shelves by soaking them in a bit of soapy water, then just rubbing them down with one of those green/sponge things. It all just drops off, but it's nice to soak them first so it does just fall away.
I've never used anything other than hot soapy water and a regular washing up sponge.0 -

My house is about twenty years old and we have been talking about switching our consumer unit for something more modern.
Worthwhile investment in safety? Any idea of approx cost? Thanks! Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Quite fancy moving into a modern flat ATM. Was going to go out this afternoon but have felt too unwell. Have to go to a meeting but am going out without makeup. This is pretty much the pits as far as I am concerned, not even a swipe of mascara.0

I've done absolutely nothing today. I'm supposed to be shopping, cleaning, going for a run... Just want to sit in my room and feel sorry for myself
I'm going to try and have a shower in a bit, maybe that'll perk me up a bit. Might feel more like going out if I look presentable.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -

Good. Have some icecream or chocolate. ( try and have veg too) And a warm bath, wash your hair well. Change your bedlinen and clean your room ( home?)
Its part of the healing process.0 -
