Absolutely, Lydia. I was more worried for people ahead.
I'm in relatively light spirits, aside from the fact that the kids are trying to kill each other. Doozer has earphones in, watching a film on the iphone as happy as anything!
Stress will come when the small apple store in the car runs out of battery. Kids are starting to settle and twozer dog has the little gap in the middle seat to wander through, but he's on his bed now. The mercedes ( large, diesel) next to us hasn't turned his engine off in over an hour. Can't figure out why. We have power for charging and the radio. Turned the lights off though. Even our stop/start would kick in if we were trying to keep it running.
We are next to a huge milk lorry painted like a cow. Need the rolleyes smily!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Later with Jools Holland.:)
It was two shows . They film a one hour show for Friday and then a live half-hour one after that for Tuesday.
Aaah, I don't notice him except at Christmas.
The Theatre with Joe McElderry was pretty straight forward in the end. Grabbed my tickets in my lunch break and offered my card and email but she was happy with my name and address.
He was great at the operatic stuff, outstanding in fact, but his ballads weren't my thing, even though he can sing live very very well. Nessun Dorma and Unbreak My Heart were his operatic kind of songs and those two songs alone were worth going for, even if the rest were not my thing.Y
Welcome Miroslav :hello:
What goes on in here is... anything really, as long as people are kind and accepting of each other. Some of us have been here for years, but others are new. We discuss anything that happens to come to mind - we tend to ask newcomers if they like mushrooms, for example - and in the process we become friends. Mostly it's an online friendship, but every once in a while a few of us arrange a meet IRL.
 Lydia
I'm kind and accepting - i've had to be with my life!:o
I've been on MSE for years, but don't post as much as I used too - different life and limited time.
Mushrooms? No I don't like them
I'll settle for online chat :cool:lostinrates wrote: »I'm quite tempted to put her hthrough the hassle of further tests tbh, ten isn't so very old.
If you are worried, go for the tests. I did for my cats when they were unwell and they lived to 14, 15 (x2) and 17 and still have a 19 year old (they were all the same age when we got them) and i've friends who had cats live to 23 and 24, so 10 is no age at all for a cat in comparison.0 -

Hi Miroslav. Welcome.
Some family friends when I was a kid ended up with cats called something like Brandy and Pepper. They had started with Brandy and Whiskey whilst some elderly neighbours had Salt and Pepper. One cat of each pair sadly died and !!!!!! took on Pepper as neighbour wad struggling.0 -

Hello Miroslav. Welcome.
Do you live in Herts or somewhere else (known as Greater Herts on NP thread)?0 -
(Don't quote photo, will delete, ok to quote text)
Does Kath (Head of English Language press for Belarus) look more like Belarussian cheesecake, or JEdward's mother?
I'll let you decide......💙💛 💔0 -

Me too, certain things in life change us for the betterMushrooms? No I don't like them
I don't like mushrooms, OH doesn't like carrots, which may explain why she's more than 1ft smaller than I am.If you are worried, go for the tests. Spot on.
I have a friend with a cat who lived to 21. She didn't like anyone but the owner, but then again, it was the only person she knew.
She was put to sleep about 5 years ago, as she became too ill to reasonably recover and not be in constant pain, but apart from hating me and my kids, she was a lovely cat.
Welcome to the NPT

Head of English Language.... clueless about British/similar culture (and what we find exceedingly bizarre/odd/not done).
(I've said British/similar as I've no idea where JEDward come from, I just know they have an Irish accent ..... so no idea if they're British or not).0 -

She's actually Australian, and lives in London. They're (JEdward) from (I think) South of the Irish border.
Each to their own......💙💛 💔0
