Doozergirl, I have failed at convincing your DH to move closer here this morning. He told me you looked GORGEOUS on FRiday.0

Makes a difference of course which side of the equator so don't listen to General's advice about stopping your ubend getting sucked dry...
With the birthday songs we now have no excuse for claiming we don't know when NPs birthdays are anymore...nor how old they are.I think....0 -
Venturi effect blows
. Had no measurable impact. Doozer just broke a bit of my tap ( with my permission) was still gruesome to watch.
Now reconstructing to see if with bit broken out of it it works better.. I like this sort of thing. I think lots of things work better with alteration, which is odd as manufacturers should be cleverer than us. Here is hoping my tap is one of those things.

They don't really know the answers to the questions one asks do they .... always annoying. Questions about boundaries etc, that are important, but you don't really want to get hit with a surprise boundary or restrictive covenant in 4 weeks' time after a solicitor's been working on it.
I did discover the understairs cupboard's height is more than my memory had recalled.
Made offer .... he said "well others are viewing it now too" ..... and so it's up to them to call me next.
Hard to deal with people like that. You're right, they don't know a lot of the answers but they don't gather information like that. It's a little strange that you have to invest money to get answers to some relatively simple questions. The title plan is £3.
I get snotty back with EAs like that, I'm afraid. If they talk to me like I don't know, then I'm happy to le them know that I know much more - as do you!
PITA when you have to offer through them, however. Hopefully you'll have a reply soon! The EA isn't the one making a decision thankfully.
Can't wait to see some pics at some point. A three year old house sounds like a good idea for you. Any settling and snagging has already happened, you get the benefit.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

That all sounds like more than absent mindedness to me. But hey, I'm not an expert.
No meetings with anyone famous here...

Can't say too much here about my offer/seller's circumstances as it's a public forum.....0 -

Whohoooo,
Works! certainly liveable with. Just ben explaining to a room full of men why it doesn't matter if a bath takes a while to fill if the water is still warm enough when you get in, all the pre bath prep of body brushing and face brushing and facial oil massaging and that you can also brush your teeth first.. But yeah, don't choose big baths and puny taps.
In effort to make it work we have lost led lights. I feel sad for DH, but I shall make it up to him.0 -
Oh, and rent letter... rent's going up from end of next month by £10.0
