Speedtest:
11:40am (o2 box) = BE UN (ip 188.......)
12:15pm (Sky HUB) = Sky Broadband (ip 5.65)
Does the modem settings have anything to do with it??
Found the same as you, after running Sky router for a week.
Speeds look to be down by 10% after switching to Sky, but can live with that for £0.
I've switched back to the Netgear router, because I can tweak my speed upwards, but still not up to O2 speeds.
Currently tweaked snr down further, and getting 7Mb/s, despite lowering snr more than with O2, still short of 7.4Mb/s.
One other thing I noticed using the Sky router, whilst downloading a 1GB file, browsing slowed right down.
I paused the download, and browsing speeded up again, resumed download, browsing slowed.
I've never experienced that problem with the Netgear.Move along, nothing to see.0
