Which one to go for???

Number 1 needs a complete re-design inside but to be honest when we decided what house we wanted then we did say 4 bed in a nice area with good schools, set back off the road, long driveway, double garage, downstairs playroom for our girl, nice big not overlooked gardens and something we can decorate and add our taste to it, this house just ticks all those boxes, I am buzzing now...0

I am IRRitated by the details.
House 1's floor plan is back to front - and no dimensions on the garage - both unforgivable. If I was the vender I'd be sacking the agent for such tardy unprofessionalism.
House 2 has a dimension on one garage and not on the other. If I was the vender I'd be slapping the agent with a raw wet sea craeture for such tardy unprofessionalism.
I don't like the fact that house 1 is so 'formulaic' so 'middle class Audi A4 and Mini Countryman in the drive stereotype', and I'd personally kill myself if I thought I'd achieved my dream house. I'd definately would have become the man I hated when I was 17. (and had a spine)
House 2 looks like it was designed by the appentice and quite frankly it's lacks the Hyacynth Bucket impact, but Look on street view and the location is so much more what I'd want. Normal Neighbours.
House 2 would end up at the top of my list. House 1 would meet all my requirements except that I'd hate my neighbours.0 -

No LOL's at all.
All my points are valid if random
It !!!!es me off when the EA can't be bothered to measure a garage, or get the floor plan right.
And whilst I can see why House 1 would appeal to alot of people, I'd well and truely have become "MR Clean" (as the song by THE JAM would explain)...and I hate you and your wife and if I get the chance I'll f**k up your life, mr cleaaaaan, your obscene.....
House 2 is ugly, but I love the location.0 -
