For kerb appeal, the first one.
For standard of decor and finish, the second one.
Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.0 -
2nd one was bought 18 months ago for £340,000 they have put new kitchen and bathroom in, new laminate flooring and painted the windows and doors white. They initially advertised this for £425,000.
House 1 been on market for 2 years initially at £430,0000 -
2nd one.
Not much in the first I could live with.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
The 2nd house is in the better area for the best schools in that area, house 1 has excellent schools but tbh every parent would prob want their kids to go to the schools where house 2 is that's why it's a smaller house but can command the same value...0

First one. Overall looks a nicer property
The other one looks like a cheap renovation job, plus has no wall units in the kitchen yet appears to have been priced for a property which needs nothing doing. I know it looks 'clean' but I'd soon get fed up with bending down for everything.0 -
I prefer the 2nd one0

Yes, if you like hearing the traffic on an arterial road and having a double track railway at the end of the garden, it's perfect. :cool:0 -
