I know people say its your decision but which out of these 2 properties would you go for???
Both 4 beds in very good parts of town, same price, 1 of them needs decorating and both have potential...
So which would you pick if you had to???

If I was single it would be an easy choice for me!!!

We are wanting a 4 bed but will spend less than half those. I like both for different things but I guess it depends on your families circumstancesHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

I prefer no.1 but don't like all the ivy on the front of the house.
Hope you are able to make the right decision.0 -
I like the 1st one better, the second one is odd looking to me, although nice inside.0
-
Wish I had that choice to make!!
I'd also go with the first one to be honest with you as it seems lighter and brighter and I find the outside of the house more appealing too.0 -
How does the garden size compare? From the details the first looks like it has more overall potential.0

The ivy or I think Canadian creeper is its name would be coming off straight away.
Also house 1 is 30m2 bigger than house 2...0 -
I like the first one better - inside and out!:)[0

its a no brainer, the first one, plus i dont like the second garage on the second either0

House 2 for me. It's on the edge of open fields, with no overlooking neighbours. Easy to decorate up to the standard of house 1, it's in a far better location. Much more potential.
House 1 is bang in the middle of an estate and although cosmetically nicer, it's situation is much much worse and can't be improved upon.0
