Paint or not paint

I'd be tempted to leave the mural thingy alone. It's horrible, but if that puts buyers off, they're far too picky in my book. And although I'm not a fan of green, it's not bright, in your face GREEN, so I'd also be leaving that as is too.

Your house looks to be in a good condition; decent looking flooring and carpets, smooth walls, nice doors and woodwork, so I'd not be fussed about the points you raised. I'm looking for a new place, and if I find one where every room is decorated to my taste, I'd probably faint. I'd much rather have all the positives I've mentioned about house.
