The advice is unchanged. DRP cannot take you to court*. Even UKPC being able to take you to court is dubious, but even if they could* they won't.

    * Well, technically, anyone can take anyone to court. The position is whether they have legal standing to sue in their own name. DRP do not at all; UKPC probably don't but may be able to fudge it. But they won't do it.

A debt collector CANNOT start court proceedings over a fake PCN and UKPC never try court, ever.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

UKPC have tried court - twice. Both times as unwilling participants (defendants). And both times they lost. ;):D

So do you advise to just ignore this letter or should I reply back to them?

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.😊

Your choice, 4consumerrights will give you top advice, but whatever you do, do not pay the UKPC a penny!

    Here is the chain of UKPC letters;

Search this forum for 'Recovery' and read all the threads that cause us to get bored with this letter chain. You'll be reading threads until Christmas. There are no moves needed except to file every letter in a drawer marked 'scam'.

Please, please, no new threads every time the next letter arrives. We can't keep having threads about people ignoring debt collector letters - telling us about every tedious, fully-expected next letter - as we need to help people at appeal stage who haven't missed their chance of POPLA and who need help. There are only so many times we can type 'ignore it, you missed POPLA, you missed a trick, so what, ignore it?!'.

Did I say please, no posts about every letter - pretty please?!

Thanks for your advice coupon mad, it is appreciated.

I apologise if asking for advice is boring for you but as I'm not as knowledgable on this subject I thought it best to ask.
I may have missed a trick with popla but surely it doesn't hurt to get opinions on what to do as I thought that's what the forum was for.

    Thanks again.

I suggest you ask away, it's boring for is yes, but I'd rather be bored in answering and ensuring another person doesn't pay these scam invoices.

Coupon can be grumpy sometimes ;) and I mean that in the way it's meant ie lighthearted lol
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Hi Stroma thanks for your reply.
I wasn't trying to be grumpy to coupon mad but when you don't know what to do next I thought it's better to ask those who have more knowledge on the subject than I do.
