Parking fine on private land

I apologise to you all. I know i'm not great at this sort of thing but I am trying and what is probably rather simple for some of you is going a little over my head as there is so much information on these types of things I admit I'm struggling a little. Never had to fight this sort of thing off and the threats from them have been having the desired effect at times.
In any case I had emailed the landowners weeks ago and never heard back so I rang them today and forwarded an email directly to one of their staff to review it. So i will wait to hear back from them also.0 -
excellent
this is why I am explaining it in such basic terms, but its annoying to have to repeat stuff we have already posted so I urge you to read this full thread several times so it sinks in
most of it is not even about the parking ticket you ignored, its about courts and debt collectors which are topics going back years and not actually parking ticket issues at all
so please do some research of your own on those topics too
good luck0 -
I've also heard back from the BPA following my email complaint, I have to send them copies of all correspondence, so they can look into any possible breaches, so will also get onto that whenever I can find someone to help with scanning the documents.0
