How long does it take you to clean your house?

I've just bought myself a G-Tech AirRam, and the advert promises 40 minutes of cleaning time, or 'enough to clean your house twice'. That got me thinking about how long it actually takes me. So, today I happened to have an afternoon to myself. I'd planned on cleaning the ground floor anyway, so thought I would do the house…

Well it would take me a darned sight less time if I could persuade my OH to get rid of a lot of his junk that is often rarely used yet cluttering up every surface. I have come to the conclusion that being "minimalist" make cleaning a lot easier and less time consuming. Trying to dust "junk" is a complete waste of time.
