I wasn't sure where to post, so hopefully this is ok.
Has everyone received their points for the latest Food Diary, from a couple of weeks ago? I have only had one day's worth credited, even though I completed the full two weeks.
I know they've been having problems with their website but I'm still receiving points for barcode transmission and till receipt upload. It's disappointing as I want to request vouchers now I've gained enough points but can't until they add the points.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!1 -
I just received the points for the oldest outstanding survey. Onwards and upwards!1

Unfortunately, our teams need more time to update your balance and vouchers range. We appreciate it's taking longer than expected, and we are working as fast as we can to ensure the correct information is displayed on your account. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Is anyone else unable to access the Rewards Site? Whenever I try going to it I keep getting an error screen telling me that the site can't be reached. I've tried clearing my cookies (was the first thing I tried), using different browsers (Chrome, Edge and IE), tried using my laptop, my phone and my tablet and my husbands laptop, phone and tablet all of them come up the same.
I emailed Customer Service and they told me it was all up and running and to try clearing my Cookies which obviously I've already done. Have emailed back telling them I've tried all of the above and sent screenshots of the error pages I'm getting so waiting for them to reply to that.
I'm just wondering if anyone else if having the same issue?1 -
Have you tried refreshing a few times whilst on the unavailable page? This worked for me when I was having the same issue1

I'v just been on the phone to them & was told at the unavailable message hit Ctrl & F5. That got me in to my rewards account but ordering voucher was a nightmare. Kept taking me out to the log in page even when I was at Confirm order page. I eventually managed to place orders for what I wanted but had to amend quantity each time as the number of vouchers was higher than I wanted each time. Now showing correctly on my account but we will see in next few days.
I have just checked my points & find I am currently missing the points for 15 & 22 Nov (3200 points). Is anyone else still missing some points?1
