I received the invite for the Facebook thing too. These are the T&C's for it, sounds like it's a one off 500 points and maybe more if they recheck details at a later date.  https://new.nsm-quest.com/uc/images/faq/fb_ad_faq.html I've signed up but I doubt they'll be able to find out a lot from it.

Very convenient that their reward site is down just when people will be wanting to cash points in to use for Christmas. Had an email from them on 15th apologising but nothing since.

I do consumer pulse and I received a similar email in the 15th, I too was suspicious of the timing. I hope they sort it out quickly so people can use their points for Christmas.

I rang this morning as I've been after some vouchers since last week.

One of the options was along the lines of that they were doing maintenance and would be up within 48 hrs - yeah ok!

Can anyone please help me - how to save the Online Tesco receipt which because of tesco refusal to send paper receipts now comes as an email eml. file and as everyone knows we need to save as a jpg. file for scan & save to accept?

Are you able to create a screen print from the file and save it as a jpg?

That's what I do, but it's a right pain due to the awful layout . It usually takes at least 6 screen prints to cover the whole receipt. Heaven knows how many screen shots you'll need for a large Xmas shop

Aardvaak - I can only say what I do on a W10 laptop, which is to use the 'Snip' tool to do the screen shots which you can then save to .jpg.  If you're not on a laptop then maybe if you say what tech you're using, somebody else may be able to help.

I do wish S&S would accept .pdf as that would be so much easier (could just print to pdf and submit a single file).

You could save as a pdf then use a free site like this one to change it to a jpg.

Thanks for the suggestion - just had a try with it and although it cuts out the need to Snip/take screen shots it does produce even more jpg files (7 rather than the 5 if I take screen shots). It's just such a long email - Tescos  haven't designed it to make it easy if anyone should need to print it out. It's a shame that they don't do it like Morrisons or Ocado which are much more condensed and print in a page or 2.

just took a screenshot of your post, and saved it as jpg. No fussing, no cutting, etc 

yes if the receipts are big files, you may need a few screenshots but it literally takes a screenshot, save as jpg.

I hate the snipping tool. I tried using it yesterday and gave up.
