    I had to refesh the page a couple of times so it wasn't bringing up and old version.
  • I didn't have the app but decided to install it as it appears to be working (website still down for me).  It wouldn't recognised my user name or password even though I'm 100% sure they are correct!  Oh well, back to the drawing board. :-(

    anyone having issuers with accessing the rewards page hit F5 to refresh it then loads without any problems


    Also i am also missing points last dated awards are from 8th Nov 2021 ,

  • I went to order a voucher tonight with the points I do have and the Amazon ones have disappeared off the site! :o

    I couldn't make the app work, but I could log in and check everything using the browser on my phone for some reason.  Hth
