I havent had any points emails this week although I have uploaded receipts and scanner. Never got the monthly points on 20th either for the television and mobile thing. Im aware the rewards site is down but thought it strange that no points awarded. Am I alone in this?Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600

Email just come in.We really appreciate your patience during the recent outage of our Rewards website and Rewards Helpdesk. We are pleased to let you know that the team has been working hard to get these fixed and we now have an update on when we estimate they will be back online.
We are hoping that our Rewards website and catalogue will be online today, and the Rewards Helpdesk will be back as of tomorrow. We will of course keep you updated, but if you have any questions about the vouchers in the meantime, please drop us an email as detailed below.

My rewards statement still needs updating from 12th November in my case.

Yes it's working again for me but as you mention (and they do in their email) the recent points havne't been added yet.
