my food cupboard of previous foods for the last 5+ years has just disappeared. Has anything like this happened to you. Dont get me wrong, i wish it was cleared every time as i have to scroll thro pages of drinks to find my bottle of wine 🤣Chocmonster7 said:I'm in my second week of the Food Diary at the moment.Ooh, not had that! Although a lot of the time I just use the search box rather than trying to find what I want on the pages. What annoys me is there is no way of saying things like you bought a takeaway or you were given an item of food which you then had as part of a meal at home.1 -
tonight I tried to make a chicken casserole, couldnt find any raw chicken drumsticks, so had to use chicken pieces, then I tried to find a carrot. Lost the plot, gave up and left meal with just the chicken. Got to complete it by 9th so havent got time to wait for them to answer my query. Tried to speak to screenwise select today and gave up on phone after 50 mins.Chocmonster7 said:paul2louise said:

I know what you mean about not being able to find the right ingredients on their lists. It's very fixed to only what is available in major supermarkets. Like you I've sometimes given up so they don't actually find out what I really ate.I'm still waiting for them to get back to me about how I scan loose ginger as that isn't in the barcodes in the scanning book so I can't say I've bought it!1 -

They've replied and the answer is I can 'leave the item off', so something else which won't appear in my store cupboard during the survey.

Are you trying to record a shop or a food diary entry?
If tryi g to record a food a shop I'd scan as usual for; shopper, use Internet other store, price and then click items own bar codes as much as possible or from book when they don't have them. Use your order confirmation as receipt by saving as image or taking a screenshot and upload that. Just my opinion but hope it helps 🤞3 -
Is anyone else getting an "Internal server error" when trying to transmit today?
I assume that it's related to the upgrade mentioned in the warning about till receipts taking a while to upload but thought I'd better check that it wasn't just me.
