Is there a link in the email they've sent you? I'm sure last time I was asked I clicked through to a page on their site which I could then upload the images.
Thanks for replying - there is a link but I don't understand how to attach the photos.  Probably me being a technophobe.  I will have to ring them and ask for the idiots guide.

Yes, it's called Petrol Panel. I can't remember how I got onto it but they may have sent me an invitation to join.

No harm in emailing helpdesk@petrolpanel.com to see if you're eligible to join..

Not sure what you mean by BIB. You are either a member or not.

I transmit via the shop & scan desktop app because my computer is incompatible.

Further BIB. You may need to contact them.

Please download the ShopandScan desktop app to transmit your barcodes.

If you’d like to transmit your barcodes on the website, you will need to use Internet Explorer as we use ActiveX technology which is only available in Internet Explorer. Please note that Internet Explorer browser is not available on Windows 11 OS.

If you have any questions, please contact us.

Quick question - have any of you ever managed to use a Chromebook to transmit?

My laptop is on its last legs so I'm trying to work out if a Chromebook is a viable alternative

I would like to know this too - I use my daughter's Chromebook sometimes (as the laptop is soo slow) and love it. I would like to ditch the laptop but have been putting it off partly due to needing the laptop to transmit

Food diary time again. No favourites in cupboard can't find my blooming tea bags anywhere. Cant find new potatoes. Getting really hacked off. Need an option to manual add items. Going to live off coffee, crisps and wine this week. Not sure what my family are eating. Probably hubby can just live off beer and son can just eat toast 🤣

I know just what you mean  It's like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible for us - if there was just a decent search facility it would make it so much easier and quicker. And as you say, it desperately needs the option to manually add an item  :smirk:
