Mine glitched a while back where all my favourites and others I had scanned were replaced with unrecognisable foreign food brands! I contacted them but was told just to choose something similar! Can’t imagine that choosing items that were clearly from Walmart in the US would have much use to them! This glitch still crops on the odd shopping diary from them but one or two items are recognisable. So those diary’s I eat the same for every meal!1

There's no way to add in things like drinks you have during the day (I always have a bottle of water on my desk). I've bought items which I didn't think to scan so can't add them in as they aren't things regular shops sell (Protein Powder for example) and I'm now trying overnight oats, how on earth do you tell them you prepare them in 5 minutes but don't eat them until 12 hours later! LOL
I cook from scratch and it was just too much work putting in each ingredient that made up a dish. The payout wasn’t worth my time.Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

I cook a lot from scratch too so just make up simplified versions of what I make or say I've eaten out. I'm not sure how this helps their findings but it does mean that I can cash out enough points for a £20 voucher after 2 weeks.

Has anyone tried phoning the helpdesk recently? I was supposed to have a phone call to set up the new Nokia router for Screenwise Select - it didn't happen.
I've been trying to phone them to find out what is going on but, whatever time I call (within opening hours) I get a message that they can't take the call and to leave a message or email - I've tried both but not got a response0 -
Has anyone on the screenwise panel had their valentines bonus yet. I will ring tomorrow but just thought someone might know0

Long story. I hadn't had my points. I had phoned them as I wanted to check they getting all the data from hub and I. Hub phone doesn't work with app. My tablet used to work but was playing up. Had 3 appointment calls and still nothing working with tablet or hub phone. They said not your fault just submit data for hub from laptop. No points awarded so I emailed and they said hub isn't submitting data. Several phone calls later points awarded and they agreed it's not my fault that some devices work and not others.
So points were goodwill gesture not awarded as they should have but took a lot of sorting out and trying to convince them that the app is useless sometimes
