I think screenwise has a lot more bugs and glitches to all the other shop and scan stuff. Worth having a catch up on here more regularly0

Has anyone worked out how points are awarded on the Food to Go app from shop and scan? I seem to get a random amount of points each week, irrespective of my input. Sometimes I enter a second adult eating drinking with the first and sometimes separate. Still seems fairly random.
Though goodness knows what they do with the data, sometimes I’m asked for a meal price and I don’t know whether to include the drink cost or whether that goes in as a separate entry. When I enter a second persons drink I’m not sure if the cost should be with the first or not.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I find FOTG quite tricky too. If you go for a meal with your partner. Either you add them on your own entry or get them to add their own meals.silvercar said:Has anyone worked out how points are awarded on the Food to Go app from shop and scan? Plus I have free drink and sausage roll with my Octopus energy app so not sure how I add them in either. I think the first entry is 250 points for each member then you get more for every entry after that. I did try and ask how it works but i am not clear.0 -
I only ever seem to get the same amount of points no matter how many times we eat out or get takeaway. Totally baffles me. Consumer pulse is clearer than FOTG and shopandscan.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600

I did FOTG many years ago but was useless because I rarely ate out!0

Me too so most of the time I select nothing bought. Plus I do for my husband too, but I get 500 points each week and they haven't chucked me off yet. I actually get free greggs coffee and sausage roll with Octopus energy so I can submit that every week 🤣Helebore said:I did FOTG many years ago but was useless because I rarely ate out!0 -
Ooh I didn't know that! I can't remember if that was available when I did it, it really was a long time ago! I have only recently started doing the screenwise stuff, has taken all these years to get this far! I do the food diary, can be a pain ie you add something one day then the next it's not anywhere and certainly not where you last clicked! I find it an easy way for £20.00.0

I do shop and scan. Receipts. Food diary, FOTG, Screenwise select, and hubby does consumer pulse. So that keeps me pretty busy and the vouchers soon build up.Helebore said:Ooh I didn't know that!
