Who pays for POPLA?

POPLA really only grudgingly finds in favour of the motorist if the appeal is well constructed; any poor appeal (even where valid legal arguments are made) can be found in favour of the PPC. That's why some people opt to try single point appeals - to try and wheedle out the winning appeal points.

Well been a week since POPLA told me this would be settled and I have still heard nothing from them.

Is it advisable to get a bit arsey with them? Or best to just sit and wait?

OK.. almost exactly 4 months to the day after originally Stopping for 2 minutes in London and almost a month after POPLA said they would make a decision, I have won. A MASSIVE, MASSIVE THANKS to all you guys for your help.

Is there a thread now where I post this result? I am sure I saw one called success at POPLA, but can not see it.

Either way, I will now be sending a complaint to the DVLA by email that the PPC is in breach of the "KADOE contract".
