So to get the PPC into trouble, email POPLA and tell them that you are very happy to have prevailed but thought they should know (so they can pass the breach onto the BPA) that you were never sent any evidence by Park Direct. You realise that they must send you a copy of the evidence they sent to POPLA and whilst it isn't needed now you've won, you wanted to point out the PPC's sharp practice in trying to keep you out of the loop and withholding their 'evidence'. You feel you cannot be the only one this is happening to and other people may not have used such a robust challenge as you did, and may well end up losing their appeals having never seen Park Direct's 'evidence' at all - which is clearly an unfair business practice.
