there was no attached form with the letter. They only mention in one sentence about POPLA....this says,,,,
You may also appeal to an independent assessor through POPLA details of which will be sent if your appeal is finally rejected.0 -
Right well that deserves a complaint to the BPA then, because they should respond to an appeal by accepting or rejecting it (and if the latter, they must send you a POPLA code). This is a breach of the BPA Code. The BPA email addy is in post #6 of the NEWBIES sticky already linked above.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm sorry, I just find it annoying the amount of people on here that try to get out of parking fines, they are there for a reason so just accept that you have done something wrong
Also, how would you know if they owned the land or not?0 -

Hope you know more about the plumbing issues you usually comment on than you know about private parking issues, or someone's in for a flood .Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
