Hello
I recently got a parking ticket from a company UKCPS for parking on an unmarked area, i was not feeling very well and needed some water from aTesco. I appealed and they have rejected my appeal. What shall i do? please help.
Now bearring in mind the parking is a free car park and now they have my details should i ignore or appeal on
thanx in advance.

No they only mentioned POPLA appeal but no code was sent, i have been waiting 2 weeks from the day i received their letter now and still nothing else has been sent.
What shall i do, do i contact them or wait for another letter,
please help..0 -
Well you need to go back to them and say that they are breaching the bpa code of practice, tell them to either accept your appeal or send a popla code. Do this via post with a free proof of postage and via email.
Also read this thread, and make complaints to the bpa and dvla, addresses in post #6 of the thread below. Attach a scan of your rejection letter

Post your letter at the post office and ask them for proof of postage. They will give you a receipt which you then file away with the rest of the sent and received documents. It stops UKCPS from saying later down the line that they never received your letter.0

So so i contact DVLA first or i write to them for a POPLA code then send that to DVLA?
Thank all for your help0 -
You do everything in combination, don't wait for replies off one then go to the other, just send the complaints in to both the bpa and dvlaWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Trust the people on here, they know what they are doing. I had a 'ticket' cancelled on Monday from this company after doing all of the above. Don't let the dvla or BPA fob you off though. Keep on at them!0
