Cheers all! Bacl & feeling somewhat squiffy after 3 margeritas, 2 glasses wine, irish coffee & zmbucca & now a glass of fine red wine! Bet bit was reaquainting with my friends who havent seen me for ages & certainly not this thin! Showed them the before & after photos & they were gobsmacked! I seem to forget sometimes how far I have come & these things just serve as a reminder of what incredible year this has been! Parky is on & the reminder of getting "by with a little help from my friends" is on and it makes me realise how incredibly blessed I am to have such incredible friends who love & support me along what has been an immensely difficult couple of years. I really could NOT have done it without them...I do mean that. Not in a twee way (& recongising that I've had a bit to drink!!) but in a real, I REALLY COULD NOT HAVE GOT THROUGH THIS WITHOUT YOU kind of way. Plus of course you lot who "get!" it! Thought of you taxi as I hailed a taxi home (though I dont think you are a hailing kind of cab?) and gave hime a wee tip! Think of you when I see taxis all the time now actually! Anyway...had a lovely eve, will no doubt pay for it with immene hangover tomorrow but hey, what they heck its sat night! (actually no its no Sun morning, how cool am I, up past midnight eh!!) Ok off to bed I go!! Night all!

MOrning pepys! No hangover which is great, alhough my calves ache - could be the heels or running!! Woken up feeling really coldy again which s incredibly annoying as thought I was getting better! Last night cost £40 whih isnt too bad. It really struck me how mean some people are with their money though! The meal was only 15 for 3 courses and the service was excellent but the vast majority didnt even give a tip which I thought was really embarassing! I actually said to one guy about it and pointed out that the service had been really good, food yummy and while FULLY appreciating that you've got to look after your money giving a quid for good service wouldnt kill would it eh! Anyway I gave a decent tip & will suggest for next years that they add a bit on at the start but dont think that will go down well!
Chatted to a bloke all night who works with autistic children which was interesting plus he's run a marathon so things to discuss generally! Think the girl opposite was trying to fix us up which got a bit annoying after a while and felt like being in school! Mind you did wonder if he thought I was chatting him up (which I wasnt!)...am hopeless the seeing the cues for these things and its no great surprise that I've been single for so long!! STill cant get my head round the fact that people even notice me TBH - when you're big you're invisible so it takes some getting used to & I'm not there yet! Anyway off to make some nice tea & glug more liquids...feeling well hacked off with this cold! I suspect that before I had a virus and now I can cold - one on top of the other! Fab eh! Ahhhh!!

I was driving last night so not drinking - kept the bill down, anyway!!

Nothing really...feel quite low & hacked off to now have a cold on top of last weeks virus! A bit sort of dot know what to do with myself IYKWIM - woke at 6, read, had toast, read boards, slept a bit and I suspect will continue for rest of the day! WIll try & get some bits on ebay but other than that nowt but trying to get better in time for work tomorrow!

Wow!! Lucky you to have escaped the hangover - and be up at that time! I did not rise so early, and have had to spend the morning paying for it (kids trashed Sophia's room completely, videos everywhere etc). But feel good for the little lie in anyway.
Bloke sounds nice - shame about the fixer upper - always annoying!

Well I survived by have been to drs this am...have bee feeling dire & now have full blown coldy virus & she's signed me off for a week...will play it by ear as have so muc to do that being off more stressful than being in! We'll see. No option now though as feel SO ill...yesterday was spent getting progressively worse with much of the day spent in bed but at least the cols is out now!! Today will be spent chilling and sleeping, and hopefully healing. Have got some lucozaide and nighturse! Otherwise just paracetamol which she says I should gargle. Lovely GP who I've not seen before but really took time...dont know how they do it...constant stream of moaney people all day! Hope yu're alll ok - srry about trashed bedroom sea - naughty girls!!
