Congrats on winning the comp..it all helps...sorry to hear you are still ill...sounds like you've got the one I had I had it a fortnight...you are not boring...it's the life we lead that's boring..IYSWIM...we've got plenty of time for loads of fun when we are debt free....take care xx
  • Morning all...well its flippin gloomy here! Just been hailing & chucking it down so no way I'm venturing out so a NSD for me, unless I can pluck up the energy to do some online Christmas shopping...throat still really sore but looking ok so will play it by ear & may go to out of hours doc later. Chuffed about my win yesterday! I had emailed PB to ask when comps were judged as I never won owt in all the intermittent time I've been doing PB! Apparently they're judged next day...chuffed at the win so going to try & be better on entering comps! Played by free £15 on bingoes yesterday..same people won (ie not moi!) so do wonder if they're a fix! Some people seem to be on there all the time! Dangerous territory for an adictive personality like me! Hope you're all ok! Hugs debtbusters, will get there in the end if this ***** cold doesent kill me first! Never had one this bad! My Christmas pressie arrived today so have had a play (need to check its working!) but cant quite suss it! May need assistance from someone with the right kind of brain! I'm a bit dull with manuals!

Afternoon ISOM...I've never won on PB either...so well done...that cold is certainly hanging about for you!!!...i hope it goes soon ....enjoy your pressie xx
  • Thanks taxi! Did venture out as decided to restart my tapestry but also decided that the fabric holes now too small (eyes obviously not as good as they were 2 years ago!!) so popped out to get more plus into lidl for some juice and lemons to make marmalade (ginger, lemon & orange) for my mums Christmas pressie (one of them!) which is currently bubbling away! I stink of lemons & also have 6 rows of sewing done! Feeling OK but dreading having to work on Monday as 2 weeks of stuff awaits...ugh! I do love these winter nights when its cold outside but I'm all snug in here!!

  • Morning debt busters! Well have done the hoovering & cleaned up cat poo! Yuck! One of the girls who gets shut in the sitting room overnight because neighbor complains when they play all night...decided that they would object by pooing on the floor! Yum! Any ideas how to stop them doing this would be appreciated! They dont even do it in the same spot...litter tray is clean...
Rest of day will be spent chilling & with mental preparation for work tomorrow! Tapestry is coming on and its this one

For those who may be vaguely interested! Its one of the first (if not the first!) that I've done for me and is a part reminder of a long weekend I spent with my mu & granny in Venice. We all knew when we went that it would be our last trip, which it was as granny died 2 years ago, so it holds very special memories & is a beautiful place aside from that!
Still not got to grips with my new toy but plan to do that at some stage today! Back to work tomorrow which I know will be a struggle after almost 2 weks locked in the house!

Evening ISOM..don't have the answer to cat poo...yuk...good luck at work tomorrow and great that the tapestry holds fond memories for you xx
  • Nowt much going on...had to spend some money cos clothes dont fit! Cack! Poo! Also got some Christmas pressies at last - panicking slighty but at least a start! Stil got a sore throat but thankfully books are Ok as mort didnt take ful payment out so had an extra 400 which will cover Christmas and clothes. Debt wont go down much this month but will at least get sub 29000 which will be a psychological boost! Then will crack on with debt busting in Jan. No babysitting this week either but didnt think they would & suspect they'll wait until Jan now..
