Well as I gave bathroom a good scrub yesterday and the PC area is DH's area (mine is a laptop - he he) not much to do (yeah right!!)

    Thursday Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One
[STRIKE]Clean floors in these rooms [/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Clean bath, toilet and sink[/STRIKE]
    Clear any clutter from desk
    Dust PC and desk
Wipe keyboard and mouse (these usually have more germs on than your toilet so important)
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Clear clutter from floor [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
    Clean windows
    [/STRIKE]

    Extra mission:
Pick whichever you want to attempt
    • Make any important calls you have been putting off
    • Clean tops of wardrobes
    • [STRIKE]Wash your bathroom mats [/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Sort a wardrobe or part of, a drawer or set of drawers making sure it has what needs to be in it and any 'extras' are put where they should be[/STRIKE].
Got a couple of things to list on freecycle, computer desk and our old conservatory furniture. Have got a chest of pine draws and matching nursery wardrobe that I may fling too but not sure yet, may come in for storage in the garage. Oh got littles dora trike and helmet to list to. Did think about ebay but really cannot be bothered. Having one of those poor me days (not sure why) so need to give myself a kick!

    So far I have:-

    Made DH packed lunch
Breakfast - ate & cleaned up after
    Kitchen S & S
    Pegged out bedding
Put WM on (and just pegged out)
    Walked DD1 to preschool
Got DD2 settled with playdough:eek: the homemade stuff is not so bad if left overnight it breaksdown so it easier to hoover up.

    I need to:-

Pick up DH suit from drycleaners
    Put BM on
    Cook sausages off
Repolish tiles in bathroom after this mornings showers
    Hoover through
    List freecycle stuff

Got some plums in the fruit bowl that are getting past their best so may make a plum crumble (never tried it before). Also thinking about the hobnobs from the other thread, trouble is if I make it I have to scoff it:rolleyes: .

Lil_me - hope today isn't too upsetting for you, its a wonderful thing you are doing and I am sure you will turn a lonely lady's life around by your unselfish gesture :T .

Right of for a coffee and a mopp. Must put BM on too.

Hi to everyone, good luck Lil_me.

Still Diet Coke free but really feeling it. After so much laxative for so long, well, I don't need to paint a picture - I've had plenty of time for contemplation :p

I have had a rubbish week at flying so far. I have thought and decided that if I could clear the ironing, then try and maintain, it would be like clearing my system. At the moment I have a spare room full of piles of ironing, piles of washing and piles of clean and ironed stuff that I don't know where to put. So, the ironing is the target today.

    Also to do:

Try and get hold of Salvation Army & Hairdresser.
Hoover all round where DS plays
    S&S the kitchen
    S&S the kitchen floor
    Take photos for ebay
Feed, change and cuddle DS as required

The flies in the kitchen are driving me nuts! Last count we had two sticky strips and two electric plug in things and there are still no dead flies! Yesterday I caught one fly sitting safely on the cardboard at the bottom of the sticky strip and I could have sworn I heard it sniggering.

    Hev
    Always another chapter

    Debt-free and Proud!
Witchypoo - know what you mean, my DD went off to secondary school today, 40 min walk but with girls she has been walking to primary school with since Feb half-term (practice you know). I usually see them on route taking DS1 to same primary school so was hard today watching them go off without a backward glance (gulp).

Master bedroom today so bedding actually drying on line (whopee).

    Catch you all later.

    Morning all.

Line of washing out (throws from living room) but it looks like it's going to rain any minute.

We had a very short power cut this morning but it meant all the clocks on videos etc went out so I had to go round resetting stuff. Hope it doesn't happen again. Worst thing was the computer was on and I was scared it would have messed up, but it seems OK.

I've S&S'd kitchen and bathroom. Might do the bathroom properly later. I'm waiting to let a delivery in next door so I don't want to start anything big (good excuse? :D) Might not.

When they've been I'm going to watch Anthea. Might inspire me. Might not!

:jMorning Everyone! I hope you're all well.

((Hugs)) lil_me - hope everything goes ok today.

I was feeling quite virtuous and smug because I'd done all the bathrooms but, what's the saying "pride before a fall" ? Um, well, that would explain the washing machine leaking all over the kitchen floor then I suppose!

Well I am playing bowls match this afternoon so have managed to wash all windows inside with stardrops and finished with newspaper. Wow I can see daylight now. Just going to wash laminate floor in lounge and quick s & S for rest of house then change for bowls. I have enough cooking dishes to feed a large family and as there is just us two (apart from when the family come for dinner) I have decided to bag some of them and put in cupboards in garage. Sorting garage out, well that is another matter. When we had new kitchen I saved the wall cupboards and put up in garage, so glad I did.:D

Morning all, I haven't started the list yet. Feeling a bit sluggish/demotivated - I'm blaming it on my Aunt's visit.

Green bin people have been so I have been outside pruning and now it is full again. Off to town before the rain to do returns/bank. Hope to get moving when I return.

Lil me hugs to you and Holly

    Morning all!!!

Bit of a slow starter today, Owen ended up going to playschool with one of his friends as I was still in a towel feeding the baby - good lord, I'm slack!

Thanks all for getting back to me about the grotty children and grotty ants. Still mumbling and grumbling to myself about the grottiness of both, but at least now I can talk to all of you about it...she says...baby's just woken up. Bother.
