Hello all. Just swinging by to say hello and update my list.
Jacci, sorry for your loss.
Natty, so sorry poor Amy cat is unwell.
It's a lovely, lovely day here. I might actually be able to get my pots planted up this afternoon. It'll be lovely to have pretty flowers on the window sills.
I must throw the hoover around this grotty hovel. I also need to boss DD into actually putting away her items in her bedroom. I've noticed that she's scratched and torn her wall paper. I'm not happy in the slightest - GRRRR!

Pigpen, hoping the nice lady works some magic for you.
Amyloofoo, DS2 lives for pancakes so there is no chance I would be allowed to forget, his current ambition is a pancake/doughnut shop but he is only 9!
Just finishing work so will go and crack on with my list.
Hugs to all furry owners in need.
They have a strange skipping day(?) here for shrove Tuesday, usually try to avoid it but you can take the children out of school to participate if you wish!Proud to have dealt with our debt. DFW Nerd 1474

Well that HHC turned into an hour of feeding LO! Will try again after a cuppa... Unfortunately the WM also appears to have died *sigh* Why is always when I have a pile of something disgusting to wash? Today it's a pail full of cloth nappies :eek:0

Theres so much going on with everyone hugs to all x
Ds1's referral letter has just arrived, OH only took him on Friday so I am quite impressed with the speed.
Its not till May and we have to take him to neuro-disability unit, which has instantly made me panic and eat, so bollards to the healthy living for today.
Pancakes (shop bought haha) for tea.
I am catching up on the washing while its nice weather and then I need to meal plan. My niece wants to come for tea this week (she only 2) so I need to make something to feed my lot plus my sister, B-I-L and her 2 kids am thinking lasagne even I cant mess that up haha or maybe steak pie mmm am starving now, am gonna walk a dog before I do any real damage (food wise).0 -
I may not need to appeal re DD4's high school place after all.. the idiot council did not send all the details through to the school so they weren't aware the other 2 were there.. nice lady hopefully sorting it for me today... I really really need some fabulous flylady vibes on this one!!! An appeal would be far too stressful and I have lots to do with parents evenings and stuff over the next couple of weeks.. and have Squeaks primary school allocation in a few weeks!
Neveah so sorry to hear about the Guinea Pig. Sleep well, little furry.
I'm a Bad Flylady; I seem to be getting nowhere today. There's a big pile of washing up (Mr LW was running a tad late this morning so I told him to leave it for me) and I have to make a mousse for tonight's pud (no pancakes here - we're not that fussed about them, tbh, so I don't bother). In mitigation, I was in so much pain this morning; hands felt like I'd like to chop them off, just to be rid of the painful, throbbing things; feet felt as though I'd done a 100-mile route march; and the rest of me was no better.:( I've spent quite a while attacking various bits with the infra-sound device, which has helped a lot, thankfully.
I did have to laugh yesterday - I took Jessie for a quick walk after I got the call to say she was being collected; I had 45 mins to do this and get her crate of belongings packed. The franchisee, N, was so grateful (she's actually his dog, the perks of the job being he has a choice of hosts to send her to) as he said it saved him a task, and I said it was fine, I didn't want to miss out on my last walkies with her for this stay.:D
Right, I'd better head for the kitchen - choccie mousse won't make itself. I've defrosted a few cherries (from the farm, last summer) to put with it, just for a change.;)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
