wow, thankyou so much everyone for the welcome . I'm feeling a bit better today, have just driven up to Burghead and back with OH's nephew in tow for a few days so hopefully that will focus him on something other than himself and give me a break too.

Hopefully the weather will be nice tomorrow and my wages will have cleared. If so, I'm going charity shop browsing. That always makes me feel good.

hope everyone has a good day tomorrow too, thanks again for making me feel welcome. :j

What do I do?
been a week now
and still no better
The pain is soo bad
Im split in two
and hurting soo much
I have bad thoughts and
they are starting to take over
Have gone back on the drink
And saying my prayers
My bf split up with me
and so now i have nothing
nothing to fight for
nothing to be here for
please someone take away the pain
Im crying from the inside
And its driving me insane

Woke up feeling anxious this morning, I find weekends the hardest, i'm going to try to keep busy this weekend and see if that helps. I have plenty to do though as OH put the sink in last night and there is sawdust everywhere, i'm going to have to spring clean the kitchen this morning.

Morning folks..tried to meet up with you last night but got in a right pickle coz me mouse was on strike! As you can see, the cat has been after his tale so here I am.

For those of you who are in the dark place, I wish you light..I've been there many times, & will probably visit again. One thing that prevented me from following through to the final act was the thought that some poor bu88er would have to come & clear up the mess. Believe me, that would be an awful lot of mess-we're talking elephant house here! While it made complete sense that my family would be all the better for my not being around, it didn't seem right to inflict that sort of emotional stress on complete stangers somehow.

:hello: Everyone,
I went to another fete today and won another prize in a tombola :)bath and creme shower gel in a nice box
walked along seafront,sat on wall to ring parents as I hadnt reached them all morning and you can imagine what happened next? yes thats right a seagulls plop landed on my cream trousers so had to go home straight away and put them in washing machine on rinse and spin,now on a drying programme I know I am lucky but this just takes the biscuit I just went arghhhhh in my mind as well and thankfuly not out loud.
