I will always patch my mates up when they need, im the little thing that just keeps on roling

i have given the number of samaritains, sent him texts, he has my number, and now he seems calmer and has came round to the idea, that sometimes if things are meant to be they will.

im gonna feel it tomorrow, but as i say long as he ok

we are doing some relaxation techniques now before he goes to sleep so he is relaxed
