Hope you are feeling a little bit better than earlier. I went shopping with my daughter and we had something to eat which was nice. TV is rubbish as per usual on a Sat night so I will surf a little and tidy up(maybe!). Not feeling so high today which is good.

I dont watch it as it is usually upsetting!

Hi SF.I watched casualty to and yes it was a very good episode,she plays a very differant character to Toya in corrie.Why are you having a rubbish day? not done much myself just got a few bargains at Boots and did my supermarket shop.Also eaten half a coffee cake:eek: i am in
binge mode at the mo and i know i will regret it when summer comes

No she is still alive but unconcious.The episode was in flashbacks looking at her life since she arrived at the Hospital and what lead up to her trying to kill herself.As SF said it was very sad.

i'm in binge mode today too, and i've been so good at eating better this week. going to coast for day tommorrow too, which dosent help, fish and chips here i come lol

I'm in binge mode too, I'll be over 10 stone tomorrow, which is depressing. just one of those days. thanks guys xx
