I can't eat at most fast food places. I've never been to KFC in my life!

I have no motivation today. I tried to do my exercise DVD, but my sister stole the one I like (uh, it was hers...) so I only have the one I don't like (which is also hers...) and I just couldn't be bothered.

Hope you are all ok,I am ok I had subway for lunch last friday and it was rather messy shall we say :rotfl: I had Meatball Marinara or what ever it is called :rotfl: I had to have loads of napkins It was lovely but I wont have it again.I havent had KFC for ages

Thanks steph, my weekend wasn't bad, but I spent most of it driving and OH spent most of it sleeping after his exercise. He was covered in blisters, cuts and bruises, had a mild case of trench foot and chilblains on his fingers! The wind and rain is awful down here, but in Surrey it all seemed fine. I drove through so many types of weather!

I've not had any fast-food in ages. Keep reminding myself that it isn't as nice as I think it is! We were clearing out our old house yesterday, and OH moved the sofa. Behind it was a huge bag filled with chocolates and sweets. I used to have big stashes of food hidden all over the house, and I forgot about that one!

I have a carrier bag filled with crisps and sweets that OH left here. As he won't be back for a fortnight I don't think I'll have the self control to stop myself eating it. Maybe getting weighed tomorrow will scare me into ditching all the junk food. Doubt it though.

Juno why dont you eat fast food?

i treat myself usually about twice a month with it but thats about it, i took my fella for mc donalds breakfast on saturday morning he has never had one before ever! and he's 24!!!! i was so shocked lol.

Its been really bad here the weather my tin can was all over the motorway!

stephb my fav fast food is subway sandwhiches, i love em, and usually go at once a week, cos i'm too lazy to make a sandwhich lol
didnt really enjoy pizza hut, but it was kids choice, and deffo better that mc'donalds which would have been their next choice.
some good news to share, last night on my local freecycle somebody offered an 8ft trampoline, i replied, not expecting to hear anything back, and this evening they have emailed me back, saying its ours, kids are so excited, might even have a go myself when nobody watching lol

i can resist the sweets and crisps, but decent choclate, just screams eat me lol
hoping to lose some weight myself this year, everybody tells me i look thin, but i'm not, could do with losing a stone

i never had a mc'donalds breakfast til i hit thirty, and wont ever be doing that again, rather have a bowl of home made porridge for brekkie,
