i went to spinning on thursday, and omg i woke up yesterday and felt like someone had shoved a pole up me bum, :onot the ideal thing when work is mad atm, but apparently it gets better so might try it again next week, def doing the tae bo again

i had a weights introduction on weds too, me doing weights, its a funny sight :rotfl:, then my personal trainer had me doing 4 sets of different sit ups, one was the normal way, then there was the way where you do crunches, and then where you put ya head to the side, and then one where you put ya legs in the air, and pull your arms up as farr as they go, and then you do like uppy downny motion, god im not explaining this vry well :rotfl:

i might be lazee today and not go to the gym, might do me other exercises at home instead, well i was dancing lots last night so that counts for some exercise right? :rotfl:

Hi rose, glad you're still enjoying the exercise, even if its crippling you! I like it better when you can feel it the next day, but I'm not sure if I've ever felt it as bad as the whole pole thing...

I know what you mean about the crunches-when you asked me about them the other day I wanted to explain that sort of thing, but its hard to put into words isn't it?!

I'm ok, I've been very lazy and not bothering with much exercise recently-getting weighed tomorrow, so I hope I don't regret it...

As for the dancing, I guess its exercise, but if you were drinking then I think the calories in that may have cancelled it out-sorry... :rotfl:

Shaz - it doesnt matter what you have for Sunday dinner - sometimes I have been known to have a bowl of Frosties LOL. Pizza Hut means that you don't have to wash up so at least there is some benefit to it.

Just want to add to the Sunday tea thing-I had KFC. I don't ever bother cooking for myself at weekends. Only if OH is here, but hes not, so I either starve if I'm particularly lazy or get takeaway. And today I happened to be driving past KFC!

I had KFC last night for tea got a boneless box as i dont like bones lol then a sainsburies chocolate sponge pudding and custard for afters

Zinger burger for me. And how terrible is this-I had burger king for lunch today too. Hang my head in shame, I'm bound to have put on weight this month! I blame motorway service stations-invention of satan!

I used to love going to Burger King, McDonalds e.t.c but then I kind of got obsessed with calories and haven't eaten there for a long time.

My only problem is too many calories. Sometimes I'm really obsessive with my eating, but recently I just have no control. Which seems to be reflected in all areas of my life atm. Oh well.
