I'll be honest with you. I was on these for a few weeks and they just didn't work for me. I was tired ALL the time. My heart began to miss a beat and I just generally felt crap. I came off of them and continued with another medication. BUT saying all that, it does work for many many people but not for me

I'm ok thanks, just knackered.. trying to keep up with uni as well as sort out the beasties (aka my kids :rotfl: ) and it's a rare night I'm home much before nine and then study n all that...... urgghh..

I'm pretty sure I have it, the name rings a bell. The 4OD site is doing my nut in :rotfl: I'll look out for replays on Ef etc anyway, just incase.

MTV have one at the moment called Britney: Her most shocking year yet - and I have taped it 3 times so far :T They say she's turned bad, but she's no different to any other, she's just more well known than anyone else :rotfl:

Depession can be a soul destroyer. Been fightin the !!!!!! for 12 years. still no better.

although I can give advice (its what I have been tought through general depression) I still cant get thro MY depression? why?

I try everyday to work myself out.

my best advice.... one thing at a time..... the only way... don't try to sort out too many things all at once.

I understand but for me that is the only way.... I try to think (the best way I can) what I need to sort out and then try to do it... i don't oftyen succeed but hey I didn't say I was perfect.
