Heave-nin! How's the day bin for yoose all?

Tulip-you OK after your meeting Babe? It's less than an hour to Holby City, so that will help take your mind off it a bit.
45 is old then....better pass me a zimmer frame! My body may have been around for x years but sure as hell my attitude aint! I can't imagine I'll ever be a 'mature, upstanding member of society' somehow:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Are the diaries helping folk realise they do more than wallow? I think--& I don't mean this in a sexist way--that this may be more enlightening to the female sector, because a lot of what we do is programmed as an automatic reaction to our surroundings.
QWB....are you staying then? I do hope so, cos you make me look at my own opinions in a different way.
AP....thinking of you working hard, & thinking I should be doing something with my humble domicile too. The kitchen is soooooooooooooooo long past needing a face lift, but the floor is oriental goldfish[rhymes with 'harp'] & should be done first, but the cash flow is definately on a hosepipe ban!!

To each & all of our supportive little band, I wish you well for the rest of the evening & Peaceful Minds folks. BMFx

    :hello: Everyone,

I havent had a lot of energy today.I have felt really low again and so abnormally tired.I didnt go out today at all after physcologist left,In fact I told her nicely that I had had enough chat for today and she said that was ok and that she wouldnt be offended if I cut short the session if I wanted to as the sessions are about me anyway and I can only take so much. When she left I went to sleep, saw my parents and to them I was pale and I said I didnt really feel right so had a sleep and I had a quick chat to them.I stayed in all day but tomorrow morning I am out early as I see the specialist at 10.30am.I am going to mention the feeling tired etc tomorrow as Mum advised me to do that or they wont know how I feel and then they cant help me to get better again.I am watching Holby City tonight on BBC1.

    love and light,

    Katie xxx

i just dont know what to do :(
i want to come off my meds as they are doing more harm than good, all they are doing is making me extremely tierd, and are making me put on weight (i have gone up 2 dress sizes in a matter of months :(). I seen my psychiatrist today and asked him if i can come off them he said no, because they are relaxing me and helping me sleep, but the fact that they are making me put on weight is in itself making me more depressed, its getting me down soo much, i mean what do i have to do?
Its like a vicious circle, all i want to do is come off my meds, its clear im gonna have to do this myself

    ok rosie rant over

    how are you katie? xx

That's an interesting idea about the diary BMF, I might try that next time I'm feeling down. I know today I've done a lot: got myself out of bed ready for work, took OH to his work and drove back through town without getting angry (yay me), did four loads of washing, washed up about five days worth of dishes (it's not just myself I let go when I'm down), and done a days work. Not bad.

rose :grouphug: you OK hun? Satisfying to have a good scream isn't it.

hi rain, :hello: jump in, someone will catch you!

andi, 45 aint old, theres a lady here where I work who is 98. Now thats old!
I on the other hand am a spring chicken of 30..........................;) hope the decorating is going OK.

tooties, ((((big hugs)))) how you doin today hun?

dawny, gemini, qwb, tiff, tulip etc, (((((((big hugs)))))) to all. Hope you all had an agreeable day and hope tomorrow is as good.

I currently have a highly embarrassing :embarasse girlie problem _pale_ which is even more annoying because my girlfriend is coming to stay soon. Other than that, I've been feeling kinda low recently, but there isn't really any reason for it.
