I have to stay there until my psychiatrist (and team) think I'm safe to go home and discharges me. As yet they haven't mentioned being discharged. I'm hoping that in tomorrows review it will be mentioned.

Glad that you are OK. When do you start all those jobs?

do some of you find the weather has such an impact on the way you feel i know there is a thing called sad (seasonal affective disorder) but i feel like i get this on a daily basis not seasonal and was wondering if anyone else feels like this happens to them.

i find it frustrating when i get so tired and since my breakdown which i agree with the comment made earlier (its got a lot to do with running away mentally from problems) i feel every day is a struggle and it seemed so much easier to block all my emotions out but that was the cause of many of my problems and the effects of being emotionally hurt by my parents and boyfriends at my worst i hate being around a lot of people which sounds silly to some people but to me its like being in a room full of spiders analytically the reason for this was because i was let down by people i was supposed to trust so i learnt to be submissive which then made me vulnerable to preditors who were trying to take advantage of my insecurities i am now learning to be more assertive and wish i was taught this years ago.

santashelper, You mentioned SAD in your post. However, if you are experiencing those kinds of symptoms on a daily basis could it be depression you are suffering from? Have you been to see your Doctor about how you have been feeling or received any kind of talking therapy to help you deal with emotions and assertiveness?

Hope we are all getting through the bad weather. Wimbledon has been funny today, but Czech lady Vaidisova chucked out Mauresmo

Now.....to get a little more serious...

Some of you will remember my encounter with someone I called 'S'.

It's approx 6 months since I was disrespectively kicked into touch as it were.

She had told a friend of my flatmate (as flatmate didn't want anything more to do with her) that she had moved.

Anyway, for the 1st time, she was seen today, looking incredibly rough and if she was on something. Flatmate said the bloke she was with looked rough too and that she attracts that sort of guy, hence it didn't work out with me and her reason I was kicked into touch (I'd only find someone better)

Just feels a bit weird, as even though I kind of had a hunch that she was still around, no-one had seen her or heard from her, so now I know she's still around for sure, it feels very strange.

Sorry for bringing up old stuff, but it's a bit new again. I'm not like really upset or anything, but it made me feel funny for a bit anyway. I know i'm much better off without her

Today for the first time a good friend admitted he had understood depression, whilst dealing with my sister who suffers he always told her just to snap out of it, his is causes by pain after a bout of shingles and i just wonder if this is normal, do people have to suffer themselves before its accepted as a true illness?

The thing is though Miro, will it last with them!
You've got yourself this far now, just let her get on with it like you are doing with yourself, your worth a hella lot more.
I know it's hard but your best part is through it all and you've moved on.
Good luck with the future m8!

But first, the most asked question:

Q "Is anything worn under your kilt???"

A "No. Everything is in perfect working order Thank You!!."

I'm sure it helps to experience depression, as those who never have, can never truly understand.

It's hard enough when there are differing degrees of depression, as I will never truly understand someone with worse depression than myself, although I naturally empathise.

It won't last. She attracts druggies etc as she receives lots of monies from the DWP for being unwell. It feeds their habits and she gets some little pills/something to smoke, in return. I know from the time I knew her, she'd sooner not have to rely on drugs, but she's obviously desperate to be liked, so goes along with it.

I just feel sad, she had, maybe has, potential, and she's chucking it all away.

I know i'm better off without her, but I just feel disappointed that she's going backwards.
