    Afternoon all

Pinch punch 1st of the month and 2 UU's following this morning's bath :j

Aussie shine shampoo WMBA it didn't wow me to start but towards the end of the bottle my hair is now supper soft and shiny feeling. Onto the Aussie volume shampoo now.

Nivea Creme WNBA it does moisturize although i now know of many nicer to use products with yummy smells that do the same job but actually make you feel like your being pampered, unfortunately i still have more of these in the stash.

Shattered now as been decorating the living room, only the boyfriend has already claimed a soak in the bath time, guess i will just have to wait till tomorrow for mine.

    Happy Bubbles

I'm excited, I've actually used something up on the first day of the month!

    1. The Healing Garden Tea Tree Body scrub 54ml. This took forever to use up. Not impressed, the scrubby bits just stayed there and you had to rinse really well, so it wound up being used on my feet in the shower (not the safest I know). So WNBA.

    2. TA Rimmel eyeshadow trio in Maritime. I had a red, rash like area after using some of it yesterday. It's not worth it to me to run the risk of an eye infection.

Acne? If it's true acne see the dermatologist and ask about Accutane. My youngest son had terrible acne and now has a few scars on his cheeks. The Accutane cleared him up so well but he had the nerve to tell me I should have made him use it earlier so he wouldn't have the scars. You can lead a teenaged boy to the doctor but....

We tried everything before he went to the doctor, diet changes, Clinique's acne line, all the stuff you can buy over the counter and nothing worked for him.

I think I'll be going through a lot of hand cream this month it's bitter out there.

Evening all, I have a sudden, unbelievably strong urge to get EVERYTHING out of gift sets so I can see what I have, I mean I have a list but it's not enough, am I mad?

No sometimes you just need to get rid of packaging and get things organised. I appreciate that, although be prepared to be shocked :) satisfying getting all the rubbish out too!!

Ooo - found the new thread! I'm in for March. Started off this morning with an IN:

Mango and Coconut hand cream. Didn't need it, but the sales assistant got me to smell loads, to the point I felt I couldn't not buy one! I do like the smell, and it was only £2.50.

This month I need to buy some new deodourant - one for my gym bag and one for day to day. Ten items on my PP list this month:

    Pearl Drops
    Body Shop lipstick
    Bourjois blusher
    Sanctuary Spa moisturiser
    Sanctuary Spa Bath Float
    Sanctuary Spa hand cream
    Bio Oil
    Orange Blossom body spritz
    kate moss body lotion
    jasmine shower gel

Fizzwhizz I too swapped clothes for toiletries although my clothes spending problem returned with a vengence since I decided to try and stop buying make up :rotfl: I caved today though and bought a few bits, did manage to not buy any make up for the whole of February though which means I can do it! As I said in the last thread, my main aim now is to buy no more eyeshadow palettes!!

Amen, sister ;) My trouble is, I get fanatical about one particular subject and feel the need to fill my life with lots of associated "stuff"; be it haircare and CO washing, skincare, clothes, makeup, cleaning products (yes, really!), whatever. I read up on everything and buy, buy, buy until I move onto the next obsession. My income has dropped considerably over the past two years, for all the right reasons :) but I can't afford to keep up my "addictions" so I need to get to the bottom of my issues instead of swapping one for another.

Either that or make money saving my next new venture ;)

I just like to be able to go through my stash on a whim and see what I want to use next, I can't do that if it's all in boxes, plus bin/recycling day is Thursday so the timing is good!

I do the same, what is CO washing though? My new obsession is Kipling bags thanks to the girls on the Kipling thread  But I am trying to not go too mad as I don't like to have too much clutter, just a comfortable amount of mess that needs to be endlessly organised :rotfl:

I can't remember who was talking about Foamburst shower gel but they have them in Superdrug and they're on offer for £2 (normally £3.09) [/enabling] I have one stashed (blackberry and wild fig, maybe?) but I haven't tried it yet as I found Rituals around the same time and my heart was taken.
It was me. :D On the subject of Foamburst, I've not started March very well as I have two ins to declare..... I popped in to Boots earlier and spotted Foamburst Sweet Vanilla & Cherry Blossom Luxurious Body Wash for 99p in the clearance section so I used my Advantage Card points to buy it.

The second in was another freebie hand cream from the Crabtree & Evelyn branch at the Clark's Village in Street. Unfortunately I realised I'd forgotten my empty hand cream tube to swap so I went into the Body Shop and blagged an empty tube from the lovely SA there. :shhh: :embarasse OH was disgusted with me but I was actually quite chuffed with my resourcefulness! ;) :rotfl:
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

Castille (whats all that about) of Dr Bronners magic soap - this came in a beauty box and was raved about - it was OK but cant see what all the fuss is about.

Have painted my nails with the subdued Elevation polish Marmolada suitable for a family christening tomorrow.

Has anyone tried the Nuxe reve de miel lip balm and is it worth the hype? It is cheaper on the Escentual website and my lips are really dry.

I havent tried this one but we used a sample of Dr Lipp on DD cracked and bleeding lips last week and it cleared them up a treat.
