Am looking forward to my morning bath: trying out my bliss raspberry champagne body wash :). I know I shouldn't be starting something new, but can't resist, lol

Hope your bath was good! I'm looking forward to my evening bath: Sephora chocolate bath fizz, Sephora chocolate body wash, Philosophy vanilla cake mix shower gel (as the Sephora is just a teeny pod) and Philosophy maple pecan scrub - YUM! :D

What wild lives we ladies lead, eh?

    I have UU:

    60. John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shine Shock Glosser 25ml - WMBA but there are probably others I prefer. I have another the same in the stash (already in use).

    61. Champneys Hand & Nail Cream 40ml - pleasantly surprised by this, smells nice, non-greasy and does the job relatively well. Probably WNBA though as I have so many hand creams to get through - will probably be discontinued by the time I need to repurchase!

Thanks for the tips about nail strengthening - my nails are usually fine but I always have problems with them splitting and breaking if I have been wearing nail polish a lot?

Painted my nails with one of the new Models Own speckle polishes last night. Looks nice but didn't like the application - it was really gloopy and stringy? Odd.

I have my first IN of the month to report - an advance purchase to replace Aveda - Botanical Kinetics Exfoliant Toner 150ml that's in danger of running out shortly. Having gone most of my life without using a toner I am now a real convert to the Ms Hiron's way and it now seems wrong to start or end the day without it. The way I'm going I'll need to have this on a regular monthly order. :rotfl:

Lol! Totally! It was nice but I still prefer snow fairy wash, actually! The BLISS body butter is the best butter I've ever used I'd say though, soaked in almost immediately so no hanging about waiting for it to soak in like with any other cream/butter I've ever used! It may just be my HG although I have about a million butters to get through ;)

Thanks ladies for the nail advice I think I will go back to boots next week and pick something up for them.

HELP folks.......what's the best thing for strengthening nails? And stopping the edges of your fingers getting dry hard skin (is that your cuticles I never know, I'm rubbish with nails....doesn't stop me owning a million polishes though)

So......mine are all weak and bendy and ridges and a couple that I had glittery polish on still have a trace of blueness trying to keep them polish free just now but they are all white-dried-out looking and cracked :(

I found Burts Bees Lemon Cuticle Butter on my cuticles and nails was fab, also Liz Earle Superbalm. I use Essie Grow Stronger Base Coat, let it dry then rub in one of the above before bed.

    Welcome back Oxfordowl.

    Happy birthday Vicky.

    Morning!

Popped in to the delivery office to pick up a parcel and noticed a whole wall of Glossybox boxes waiting to be sent out! I guess it's popular round 'ere! :rotfl:

Right, I haven't done a single update since the start of the month so this is a long one.....

INs - Hair dye was £10.99 each for the mousse or 2 for £8! I didn't want 2 of the mousse so got a Feria in the offer instead.

L'Oreal Feria Hair Dye - P38 Violet Vendetta
L'Oreal Feria High Shine Conditioner 54ml
    L'Oreal Preference Mousse - 300 Darkest Brunette
L'Oreal Preference Satin Touch Conditioner 54ml

I am running low-ish on deodorant and sick of Soft & Gentle now, however cheap it is on an APG glitch! These and some other things were on offer in Waitrose so....

    Nivea Dry Confidence Deodorant 250ml
Nivea Sensitive & Pure Deodorant 250ml
    Vaseline Active Fresh Deodorant 250ml
Vaseline Aloe Sensitive Compressed Deodorant 125ml
    Waitrose Pure Eye gel 25ml
Waitrose Pure Eye make-up remover 200ml
Yes To Cucumbers Soothing Make-Up Wipes x 30

    NBI
    Nivea Protect & Refresh SPF30 200ml
    Nivea Protect & Refresh SPF50 200ml
(I took these off the list at the end of September as I didn't want them affecting my totals when I wouldn't use them until this year)
    Schwartzkopf Caring Shine conditioner 15ml

    UU
L'Occitane Shea Butter Foot Cream 10ml - Very nice, would MBA once I've used up all the other cream I have as foot cream!
Elemis Pro-Collagen Oxygenating Night Cream 15ml
L'Occitane Immortelle Face Water 30ml - Lovely smell, have one more to UU
Olive Oil Replenishing Deep Conditioner 370ml - Awful, I think it is definitely geared more towards afro or thick hair as it weighed mine down and made it quite greasy
    L'Occitane Brightening Instant Exfoliator 5ml
    L'Occitane Brightening Instant Exfoliator 5ml
Philosophy The microdelivery daily exfoliating wash 6ml
Beauticology Spiced gingerbread cupcake shower gel 500ml
Lancôme Multi-Lift Night Cream 15ml - UU as foot cream!

Oh I did have 3 other ins but I'm not counting these for the challenge

Aussie miracle moist shampoo and conditioner minis and sure crystal mini.

Reason I'm not counting them is they will go away into my 'honeymoon' bag. We aren't going on a proper honeymoon as such but hope to get the weekend away :).

Bought these whilst they are easily avail in the shops (holiday stuff) and before I forget to pick them up, lol!

Next week. I will get the MR some minis, he actually doesn't know the meaning of the words 'packing light'

We have the handwash of this on the go in the kitchen and whilst I agree the smell is divine it is quite drying on my hands.

Have another UU - things seem to have slowed right down:-

No 7 Protect and Perfect Eye Cream for Men - was ok. Felt very runny and can't say I saw any difference. There were no detrimental affects either though so that's good. Am now finishing off a very small pot of Benefit eye cream which Emma has left on the side of the wash basin forever.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
