According to the SW section of another forum I use its chicken :)

... lol :rotfl: do I take it that you don't necessarily HAVE to be a member of a group to be able to register online then? I presumed they checked all names for eligibility?

Oops..:o .. I did find my sample - it was by the kettle in the tea room. Quite what the auditors would make of that, I don't know, we're supposed to control them rigidly. I can see the headline now "Plane falls out of sky, killing 200. Crash investigators focus on suspect smell of orange/echinacea fruit infusion"

And the next headline will be " echinacea terrorists arrested. Contacts on forum rounded up. Code names 'Victory', 'Lois Lane' 'Suggs' etc feature regularly."

OH degree is a BA in Landscape Studies (which is not gardening but a mix of archaology/geology/history/field biology. )Clever boy got a first and gets to shake Dickie Attenborough's hand Friday.

As we haven't eaten out for aeons, I confess I will have a good nosh - got vouchers for xmas for top notch veggie restuarant. Terre a Terre. Menu indeciferable but all divine. Just got to keep the walking up and be good the rest of the week and hope for a maintain.

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Hi all,

Well I did a silly thing this morning and weight myself (Weigh day is Wednesday so should have waited:mad: ) especially as I have put on 1.75lb, however I normally weigh myself before eating anything and this morning I had had breakfast and a huge cup of tea so I'm hoping that accounts for the weight as I've been sticking to the right number of ww points and have only had 2 days with no exercise. I'll just need to see what my weight is on Wednesday and no allow myself to wallow in self-pity and use it as an excuse to eat

Lainie, I don't have any kids & know nothing about ADHA but you have my sympathy's, sounds like you are having a bit of a nightmare so I'll be thinking of you.

    Take care all

... that's really very impressive. How long did that take to achieve?

......I'm sure you will be fine. Like you said before, you've got little reward for your efforts this week so you may have some in the bank. Pound the streets afterwards, avoid the grape juice and it will be fine I bet. Just make sure you really enjoy it - would be an awful shame to take on the calories in anything other than food heaven :)

... lubo the extra food/liquid will definitely account for that weight. At that point it's not digested or anything (or peed out presumably :p ) so the weight of what you ate/drank is just pure weight added to you. Half a pint of watery liquid is about half a pund so a mug of tea is a long way toward that. If the food itself weighed a pound and a half or more then you've lost really.

Oh nooo not a mid week weigh in! Theyre a terrible idea ;) Ive found some weeks if I give into temptation, I can show a gain of 2lbs or so on the Friday but by my Monday wi Ive actually lost 3 or 4.

I leave the scales at my parents house, as I cant be trusted to have them in my own house lol Id be on and off them all the time

Im sure youll be fine by your weigh in :)

Hi everyone. Gave in last night and at a doughnut - we were at friends and they were trying to persuade me - and I have no will power - obviously

In any case, did my weigh in today and have lost another 1 1/4 lbs which brings my total so far up to 4 3/4 lbs. Nearly 5lbs off but not quite ;)

Want to lose another 6lbs before Holiday at end of August as have just been told there is an indoor swimming pool and expect the kids will want to go - so that means wearing a swimsuit and showing flesh
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
