    They have used auto payout at times. Like most banks, they will have a floor limit on auto payout amounts. They tend to be a bit easy in paying out on the MPPI element of the TMPP but will actively reject the life assurance and critical illness elements of it (as you would expect as they are not PPI elements).

    It's probably "sat in the tray" along with thousands of others, it has to wait it's turn. What did they lie about?

    Because obviously its the only complaint they have and they are purposely putting it off.

    I just read in the 2nd half of 2013 Lloyds Banking group received 271,701 PPI complaints. So dont expect an immediate response!

    I've just called the Halifax to get progress as my 8 weeks is up I the next few days and all the operator will say is my claim has been upheld and is awaiting a final decision. He was suitably vague when I asked for more info. Does this mean I may be in for a pay out?
