208 cases.
208 offers.
Only two cases replaced in the year. Both for unforeseeable reasons.
Thats not you personally is it?
If so when do you find time to eat, sleep, drink?

No, there are three of us and I double as advisor and "paraplanner" for the firm's principal, who travels all over the place signing them up.
I cross em, he sticks them in the back of the net.

Are you going to the FC united game?
Im debating going.
Im still a red (family being from Urmston and Ardwick I would get a lot of stick if I changed teams) but its really impressive to see what has been done and I would love to see them play United at some point - that will be a corker of an FA/League cup game wont it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Nope but is anyone finding Halifax being a little picky about information?
Submitted a case where the guy had 1 full years worth of accounts and they wanted a projection through to April 2016, bear in mind the accounts only ran up to April 5th 2015!I am a Mortgage Adviser

GAAAH!!!!
Am I going mad or do I make sense and Accord is flipping crazy
Client has a statement from student loans showing £400 outstanding on his student loan
Accord are taking his student loan as a monthly commitment of £391 a month
I am arguing that clearly his student loan will be paid off in a couple of months and therefore not to take it into account for his 5 year fix rate.
they are saying they need a nil balance to show that his student loan is cleared as he may not pay it (clearly never went to university as it is automatically deducted from salary so cannot be not repayed)
loan is coming up as 10k short on affordability because of this bloody loan which won't even be there when he completes anyway as he has arranged to make no more payments from 1st july.
I have said if he pays the £400 now would they accept it but they need a nil balance statement so wouldn't accept that.
As student loan company only issues its statements every jan we won't get a nil balance statement for 7 months.
Why can they not put £400 minus £391 = won't be paying a student loan for the next 5 years???I am a Mortgage Adviser

Slightly off topic.
About five years ago I hung a mirror over the fireplace.
Today, I discovered I nailed into a gas pipe when I did it.
