We were just talking in the office today about a client stuck in the car outside her intended purchase unable to get the keys because BW had lost the second DDM they had been sent.

Sent? It's only BTL DDMs where they insist on the original now isn't it?

Skipton case offered on 14 April.

Client contacts us today to say neither they, nor the solicitor, have received their offers in the post.

At least I didn't have to hang on the phone for thirty minutes waiting to tell the lender and to ask them to reissue them.

    I'm looking at you Halifax!

You managed to misunderstand the applicant's employment address on his payslip as his home address. Should have guessed this would happen. RBS employee in a branch, after all.

Nationwide DIP refers - ask for statements and evidence of a payment hitting the account.

    All supplied.

Nationwide decline because its a high LTV and low credit score... why refer the case? Why ask for bank statements? Why ask for a letter?

    Happy MMR birthday all.

    208 cases.

    208 offers.

Only two cases replaced in the year. Both for unforeseeable reasons.

Congrats to my football club, FC United Of Manchester on winning the Northern Premier League Premier Division after seven long years, this week.

Vanarama National League North next season. That's Conference North in old money...

Tenth anniversary of the Glazer occupation and the opening of our own ground next month. Benfica the visitors on the anniversary of United's first European Cup win back in 1968.

The best description we ever received was from 'Time Out' magazine read;-

"Variously described and derided as ‘brave rebels’, ‘irrelevant outsiders’ and ‘a right bunch of dicks’, the group stuck to their guns and formed FC United of Manchester. Their inspiration was AFC Wimbledon, set up when Wimbledon moved north and became the Milton Keynes Dons, but FC United nonetheless stands as living testament to that peculiarly Mancunian talent for gazing at the world in all its wonder, thinking for a minute, and then muttering: ‘Nah, that’s b0110cks. This is how we’ll do it…"
