I think it's fair to say that I am not happy about anything very much in my life. There are some things I can sort out myself, with a big of hard work and ingenuity (given the lack of cash). Other things - well, I don't know what to do about them.
Still, I've had a day off today, and I spent a fair bit of it doing some freelance work, so that notches up a bit more cash for next month. And I am definitely going to do some more ebay listing - am going to adopt Jwil's postage approach.
And LOADS of new seeds are coming up now - it's very exciting to see. :T
Brilliant news about the seeds coming up. :T I still need to get my seeds sorted and planted!
I need to list too. I've sorted out my craft boxes today and found a couple more bits to sell. :j

Oooh, good work, Tattycath. I have a lot of sewing-stuff and knitting-stuff that needs to be sorted out. It's all in bags in the garage and in random cupboards. I do have a plan for where to store it (and I should get rid of some of it, I know) but the storage I'm thinking of needs to be emptied of all the stationery that's currently in there.
Some day, SOME DAY, my house will be sorted.
You saying that you've found more things to sell has made me think - I could probably sell off some wool and other bits that I reckon I'll never use. Hmmm. :think:0 -

Just a heads up. I've had a message on eBay from eBay saying that from May (can't remember date) private sellers will be given 20 free listings a month-either auction or buy it now! :dance:GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Ooh, thanks for the tip, Tattycath, will look out for that. Sounds perfect for the random might-sell-a-few-bits-a-month seller like me.0 -
Hooray - I'm off work now until after Easter - feeling a bit demob happy. :j
However, I have a trillion things to do in April and lots of places to go. Busy busy busy.
Went for a nice walk this evening to watch the sun go down - was lovely to be out in the fresh air, enjoying the lovely countryside. I walk at a fair pace so it was great exercise as well. :T
Haven't done a lot on the money-saving front but I will hopefully get a few things sold this month. I'm off to bed now, as haven't had enough sleep for the past few nights.0 -
Hurrah to being on leave :T :T
Hope you had a better nights sleep"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

I had a lovely night's sleep for the last couple of nights, thanks Jwil.
Today has dawned very bright and sunny and I had breakfast outside this morning. Have done a bit of work in the garden and now have lots of other stuff to do today. Mainly shopping actually.
Still, I'm feeling more upbeat than I have done for quite a while. Have a nice week or so off to look forward to and lots of chocolate to eat. Having said that, I've dropped another couple of pounds this week and am drawing ever closer to my 8 stone 7 target for 1st July. :j

I haven't done a proper to do list for April-I've only played at it!and we are nearly in the middle of the month!
Kids break up today for Easter hols so I might defer to do in April until May...on the other hand, maybe I should do a list and just see what I can achieve in second half of month...
