I wouldnt worry, no one can make you post, just ignore if you want.
I'll (nearly) always try and help, everyone "gets it " in the end.
I havent worked out the JF glitch, but I know the info is there, but, as I'm as bald as a coot, I'm not too bothered.

I know I could I just ignore, but I'd feel really ignorant ...I really can't be bother with posting results all time I'm too lazy to be honest .
I'd much rather look for glitches that's more fun :D:D
I do try to help people if there stuck I can remember reading this board an not getting the glitches at all:(:(

:rotfl::rotfl:you don't really need the jf then
Ignore reality. There's nothing you can do about it.

I was reading from last night, then I realised just how much chatter has been going on.... the cheek having banter without me! I gave up as I need to sleep tonight xxx

went back a few months ago for the first time in years.. tried to make out I knew what I was doing and where I was going as with one of my team. Don't think I managed it as he decided he would be my PA and look after me!!

Well chuffed last night when 'Silks ' on TV showed Royal Courts of Justice, 'cos that's where we were.

Think Mr got a bit sick of my running commentary though! Even when I pointed out the bag scanners where I had to leave my small bottles of wine (from a T's glitch) that I'd bought for the journey home:rotfl:

  • Just the one socket and I tried plugging in an old phone but the problem was the same.

They should not be able to blame your internal wiring then :D

If you want peace of mind it is easy if you have a split socket like this one

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/NTE5a-Master-BT-Authorised-Factory/dp/B003TQXJ82

Remove the bottom part and you will find a socket underneath, that is known as the test socket and is right on the end of the line. Plug your phone into that and if it still does not ring then it is down to BT.

Don't ask me what could be causing it though, I do know that you need 75V for the phone to ring and that is normally provided by the telephone line, so it could be something in the local exchange.

  • Evening all,
    Hope everyone is ok.

I've had a busy old day so it looks like I've missed loads again :(

Anyone ever heard of "flange filler" ?
I sold a tube this morning and I've been cracking up every 5 minutes since. :D:rotfl:

On that note I'm off for a catch up :D
