Ie fairy glitch shop minutes apart some worked some didn't work..

I've only bought 3.Can check at 10.34.
I've just scanned them on msl.No multibuy showing.I'm not worried because used apg to pay.I have a lot of faith in you especially as you spent 3 hours in sada scanning.:T:T

Evening peeps - RANT ALERT (sorry)


Ok, need a favour please, has anyone had problems with their phone after they had BT infinity installed.


Waited in for the engineer this afternoon who was a no-show and sick of being in a queue for 20mins and then have to explain all over again to someone in India (I think).


Since the upgrade, my phone does not ring at this end for incoming calls - although there is a line.


Engineer re-booked for the morn between 1 - 6pm and I will be flaming if I have to cough up £129. Phone worked fine before the upgrade.


Please tell me I am not the only one who has come across this problem.
