• Hello all

I'm in again this week, thanks for the lists Dusty

Valli Hope karma catches up with those that have and are underestimating you. You don't strike me as a doormat at all, what are these people thinking?
Pigpen continued healing vibes for your toe
Bossy no advice for your mum but maybe look at the DWP website?

I will take up the decluttering challenges this week, although not DIY it will contribute to operation move.

I need your help - kicks, words of encouragement etc I have started to feel anxious again (very occasionally I get breathless) and have found a local martial arts centre that teaches meditation. I've emailed them today and there is spaces but I'm nervous about going. I've got no-one I can ask to go with me so that's not an option. It would do me good to get out and also help switch off which I've not been able to do for a long time.

Hi all; thanks for the list, Dusty - I'll do what I can, working round the carp that lupus is throwing at me of late.:o

Sammiell so sorry to hear of your Dad's illness.

Dusty, I'm glad Valli was around to help with your Excel problem; I'm not online at that time of night, unfortunately. (Last night I was helping Mr LW find reaper gem fragments in the Soul Cairn - if none of that makes sense, he was playing Skyrim, not very successfully.):D

We managed to nosh on two Frogs yesterday; got a definitive list of our CDs made, sorted them all out into a semblance of order, turfed out a couple (they'll go to the CS in the next boxful of [STRIKE]carp[/STRIKE] valuable items, probably) and located a suitable box to store the ones that won't fit in the wooden racks.:o

Also, Frog #2, we finally managed to work out how to get the side off the processor for the pc (actually, I found the owners manual online and downloaded it);) so that's had a good cleanout; removed a fair few dust bunnies that had made their home in there!:o The pc is an @lienware Aurora, and it's not at all intuitive as to how to remove the side; even with the instructions, it was very fiddly and awkward, so we were both very pleased to get it done.:o

We have to attend a CAMRA branch meeting tonight (I don't really want to go, but I have no dogs at present, and it's at a venue I know is wheelchair-accessible, so I have to show willing) so I need to conserve my spoons this afternoon. I shall do a swift Dys0n Tango, however.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Qualifying years for Women. If you'll reach state pension age between 2010 and 2016 you'll need 30 qualifying years to get the FULL basic pension.
If you reached state pension age in 2010 or before you needed 39 years. And if you reach pension age in 2016 or later, you'll need 35 years.
Better is good enough.

Hi, having a good day today and very productive. Yesterday was horrific - I won't go into it on here but resulted in Police visit due to nasty phone calls and texts All resolved now thankfully but will probably have to change my mobile no which is a majpr hassle.

Anyhow, done typing, walked the dog, cleaned bathroom, vacuumed the whole house apart from kitchen, been to local shops, sorted washing, stripped kids beds and remade, made our bed, clean washing put away - good day.

Hope you're all OK; sorry but only skimmed as head buzzing right now.

Thank you Mrs-MP :).

Done well with the list so far and only got these left:
Monday - Hall, Stairs, Landing and study/Family Room or similar
Deep Cleaning

Remove any marks from the walls/paintwork - the magic erasers work well
Decluttering
Sort out a stationery or desk drawer - do you need all those rubber bands and envelopes

Got to fetch DS from football club at 4.30 and DD from cheerleading club. Think I'll have a look in my desk drawer and do a spot of decluttering and then get on and peel some potatoes for dinner.

Brilliant, thank you. She seems to think she's got the full so I'm assuming it must have been 35+ but I'll let her know. She's another 7yrs yet and in theory will be earning again soon.

Sounds awful :( do give yourself some time to regroup.

Paid stuff been mad busy but I did manage to get out at lunch and get the bits of groceries we needed. I have prawns and chicken defrosting and I might make soup and moussaka later. I also managed to clear the floors on hall / stair / landing not that there was much to clear (I made the littlies do it last night :D)

I've a bit more work to do before I can crack on though! Back to the mill!
