  • thank you for the lists Dusty and Natty

im in but also back to work now half term is over.

Dusty did you get your puter problem fixed, mine was caused by the fact the link id clicked to update java wasnt really java at all. took DD2s fella most of the afternoon to get rid of bugs and nasties it bought in with it. the spam links in everyones posts were caused by something that was spotting words like loan pay and debt and attaching links to them. did a puter scan after and it found 12 treats and removed them so hopefully i should be ok now.

get well vibes to the poorlies hugs good wishes and positive vibes to all who need/want them.

Monday - Hall, Stairs, Landing and study/Family Room

Morning all. Kids have gone back, I've had a rough night. Am going to tackle the list and then go back to bed as I'm on nights tonight. Only 3 though :D.
Not had breakfast, starting the day with coffee and ibuprofen to see if it helps my leg.

Hope all flyladies are well and all fly children have gone back to school with minimum fuss and homework intact......
(On typing that, I looked up to see DS's homework sitting on the floor. Luckily, I caught him!).
Just having another drink whilst I peruse the list and pick bits from it.
Will update as I go, TTFN xx

Ooh, I've actually done lots of the jobs already or they don't apply. My stationery drawer is DH's work, I just ring him and ask him to bring whatever we need and he gives his boss the money!

ETA: I have a basket of gibble which DH is NEVER going to sort out. It's been there for at least 2 weeks so I will sort it now.

Anyone in for HHC X2? Starting at 9:30?

Morning all. Back to routine then. I've hoovered through the house, got one load of washing done and on airer and put what was already on there away. I've walked the dogs and dusted some really dusty bits in the LR and wiped paw prints off the door. I'm just going to quickly make a start on sorting out stationery before kicking off the week's paid stuff.

    Have a great day everyone.

Thanks for the list Dusty! I'm sort of in. :p

DD has gone back to school today (in a foul mood so I pity anyone who crosses her), Ex's wedding is over and done with so in theory all is back to normal until the Easter holidays. :D This week for me is going to be catch up and I have lots of errands to run. My landlady has given me money to buy paint etc so I want to get the best deal I can ;) So the theory is that today is grocery shopping as well as work, tomorrow work again and I need to go the bank and check out prices in a DIY shop which is like a maze and in town, Wednesday I need to check prices in the orange diy shop, Thursday I'm working all day, and by Friday I'll need to go grocery shopping again  Roll on next weeks quiet week :rotfl:

    So my list for today:
Dailies (beds, S&S bathroom, S&S kitchen)
Wash DD's 1st bridesmaid dress (that I washed yesterday, needs to go through again as there is still a couple of marks on the white parts)
    WM x 3/4
    Ironing
Sort flowers out (bought on 11th and still going strong :D )
Grocery shop (Mr A, Al, HB)
Secure beading on DDs newest bridesmaid dress (if we're going to re-use it I don't want them all coming off when I wash it and there's already 2 hanging on by threads! After taking 40min to do 2" worth as I'm using invisible thread, I now appreciate just how much work goes into them and take my hat off to anyone who does it for a living:eek:) then wash.
    Todays Work : School (am), deliveries 7-8pm x 3,
Ongoing Work: break down invoices on software (ready to do tax return), forms, cards, prepare books, shredding

And no doubt a million other things I can't think of right now :o Off to do dailies and put a wash load on. HHC for me!
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

Mummyof5... We get M&S vests for Squeak.. we get 5-6 even though she is 3.5 so once they shrink they fit fine. all the supermarket and m/care/bhs etc are massively wide.

snails back to school today :( I rehomed 6 and will speak to the teacher tonight about them and email the proper care sheet.. poor little slimy things :(

Guess which bright spark banged her toe yesterday :p .. I've banged my knuckles of my left hand on the door too so my hand is bruised as well.. I'm a walking disaster at the moment!!

I need to ring about the car seat.. it's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing at all not even acknowledgement of receipt!

Squeak had to be dragged out of bed this morning.. despite having been up between 5 and 7 am every day this week!

    DW on
    fryer emptied.. it was gross!

Will post list in a little while, need to find my personal list and I don't know what I did with it when I tidied it away (sometimes being a flylady is a problem).
